My Medium
I have dabbled in all forms of Visual Arts expression, but my passions are Drawing and Painting. I recently have been working Plein Aire, finding that my latest obsession.
My Background
I am a retired Art Educator. I taught drawing, painting, ceramics and computer arts to Elementary, Middle and High School students in Middltown Public Schools, also the system where I and my children were educated. I attained a BFA from U Mass Dartmouth, and a MAT-C from Rhode Island College. I have participated in shows at Spring Bull

During my teaching career, my work was part of yearly Art Educators Exhits around the state. Now a full time artist/yoga instructor, my focus is Plein Aire Painting. I enjoy hiking in my spare time and many of my pieces are directly influenced by these hikes in nature. I love recreating the beauty of Aquidneck Island, RI, and other amazing places that I visit.
